The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves:
' 1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the �idewa,lk on both sides of Smith Ave. from W. Page St. to W.-
Sidney St. and by_doing all other work wh3ch is necessary and incidental to
, complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now
exist.
