The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having,considered said report; hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. - �
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides �of At�rater St, from Rice St. to Sylvan
. `
8t. and by doing all other work which. is necessary and inc3dental to complete said
improvem�ent, except where good and_sufficient poured sidewalks now exist. -
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per 13n. ft. Yor 5 r walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said impronement on the 2�+th day of �
1�av�- 39� , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court .
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Firiance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of_the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as estimated.
