The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissi6ner of Finance
- upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: , .
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �� �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is �
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Marylaud Ave. from Greenbrier St. to
Walsh St. and by doing all ot.her �rork which is neceasary and 3ncidental to complete
said impr�rement, except where good a.nd stifficient poured sidewa,lks now exi.at.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3•25 er 1in. ft. �or 5' walk
