Resolved, That upon the petition of
Plastics Inc., that-section of turn-
around�hereinafter described be and
the same hereby is vacated and dLscon-
tinued as a publlc alley;
Block 34, Ribe and Irvine's Addi-
tion to Saint Paul;
subject'expressly to the following con-
ditions and'reservations;
1.that the vacation be subject to all
the terms and conditions af Section
228 of the Legislative Code regulat-
ing the procedure and prescribing
conditions for the vacation o4 pub-
lic grounds, streets, alleys, and
highways in the City of Saint paul;
Z•that the petitioner constnict curb
drive returns on the center of Lot
13, Block 34, Rice and Irvine�$
addition to Saint Paul, off of Ai71
Iiill Street, to sekve the publlc
parking lot adjacent to Hill Street
to the satisfaction of the Depart-
ment of Public Works;
3.that, in the event the p�titioner
discontinues use of the present
drive entrance as a means og in_
gress and egress to his adjacent
property, the petitioner close the
drive opening to the,satisfaction of
thG Department of public Wor�;
4.that the `petitioner pay the- sum
of $2,090 as compensation for the
vacation and provide the City with
a bond in the amount oi $1,0p0.
