a copy of which is hereto attached, has requested that the Citq Council
approves said contracts and authorizes the proper city officials to execnte
the same on behalf of the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul`hereby concnrs
in, ratifies and approves the action of the Hospital Facility Bnilding ,
