RESOLVED, That the Gillette Company, Toni Division, owner of subject
premises, commonly designated as the Receiving Building on the east side of
Rosabel Street, adjacent to the southeast corner of Fifth and Rosabel Streets,
St. Paul, Minnesota, hereby is gra�nted a permit, pursuant to their applica-
tion therefor�E, to construct a new driveway not to exceed 46 ft. in width,
and to thereafter maintain and operate the same as so constructed, subject to
said permittee's compliance with all applicable State Statutes, City ordinan-
ces and ruleg and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
