In the matter of constructing a storm water relief sewer in NORTH
PASCAL STREET from 250 feet south of Aewitt Avenue to approximately 125
feet north of Taylor Avenue; in an SASEMENT along the alignmeat of North
Pasca Street (Vacated) from approximately 125 feet north of Taylor Avenue
to ierce Butler Route; in TAYLOR AVENUE from 325 feet west of Simpson
Street to North Pascal Street; in PIERCE BUTLIIt ROiJTE from North Pascal
Street (Produced) to approximately 150 feet northwest to an existing outlet
manhole; and in HEWITT AVENUE from North Snelling Avenue to 400 feet east
of North Snelling Avenue. All Of which is to be known as the "COLLEGE
PLACE ADDITION STORM WATER RELIEF SEWER - CONTRACT 'B' ", under Preliminary
Urder C. F. 224666, approved July 30, 1965, and Final Order C. F. 226543,
approved January 4, 1966.
RESOLVID, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the
same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to ,
advertise for bids on this improvement.
