The Public Works proposal for carrying out the Pennsylvania-Minnehaha Bridge Project No. ST-32, as outlined in the schedule on Page 3 of the Public Works letter of March 17th, is approved subject to a firm committment by' the State . to join with the City of Saint Paul in the purchase of right-of-way. It is suggested that this project be carried forward as rapidly as possible. After care�ul study by the Committee, it is concluded that the proposals, as approved, are consistent with the intent of the program and are in the best interest of proper, orderly financing and early completion.
