The Public Works proposal for carrying out the Pennsylvania-Minnehaha Bridge Project No. ST-32, as outlined in the schedule on Page 3 of the Public Works letter of March 17th, is approved subject to a firm committment by' the State . to join with the City of Saint Paul in the purchase of right-of-way. It is suggested that this project be carried forward as rapidly as possible.
