RESOLVED, That the Commisaioner of Publio Worke be and is hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceesity for, or deairability of, the making of-esid improvement. � - - __
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated coat of said improvement, and the total coat thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Commissioner of Finance.
