Paul . This prop- erty is owned by Matt Lutovsky and Mrs. Bessie Lutovsky Getterz, c/o Bureau of Public Welfare, 476 St. Peter Stra�t, Saint Paul. In the matter of condemnation of the dangerous and unsafe struc- ture, the following resolutions were adopted by the City Council: � C.F. 224048 adopted by the Council June 22, 1965 and published June 26, 1965, set a public hearing at 10 A. M. C.F. 224638 adopted by the Council July 29, 1965 and published July 31, 1965, ordered the wrecking by and at the separate cost � and expense of the owner, occupant, or other� person in control thereof. � C.F. 225103 adopted by the Council September 2, �965 and publish- ed September 4, 1965, directed the Commissioner of Parks And Rec- reation And Public Bu.ildings to enter the premises and wreck and remove the dwelling thereon, and do any and all things there- in necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property. C F. 225941 adopted by the Council NovembeT 18, 1965 and publish- ed November 20, 1965 approved the award of the contract for wrecking to A. Kamish Company for the sum of $300.00 in accordance with specifications and Informal Bid No. 8868.
