This has reference to the property at 491 Iglehart Avenue, de- scribed as Lot 18, Block 20, Mackubin & Marshall' s Addition, owned by � University Motors, Inc. , last known address 1197 Uni- versity Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota and confirms the expense incurred by the City in the condemna- tion and wrecking of the two story single family dwelling thereon, which amounted to $472.25. C F 224186, adopted by the Council June 25, 1965 (published Ju.ly 3, 1965) ordered the wrecking by and at the separate cost � and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof. C F 224640, adopted by the Council July 29, 1965 (published July 31, 1965) directed the Commissioner of Park•s And Recrea- tion Ar�d Public Buildings to enter the premises and wreck and remove the two story single family dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things therein .necessary for the protection of _ life, limb, and adjoining property.
