the above improvement having been submitted to thQ Council, and the Council having considered same
a.nd found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and tlie same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an sa.id assessment on the ��
