In the Matter of reconstracting the s3de�alk on both aides of Seminary Ave. from

under Preliminary Order 2a686i approved January 19, 1966
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Gommissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconatruct the sideaalk on both aides of Semin,ary Ave. from Synd3cate St. to �.
�riggs 8t, and by doing all. other work �rhich is neceasary and incidental to complete
said impronement� except where good and sufficient poured sideWalks now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1.2�day of
l�v,,T�,966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Faul. That the Cammissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated. .
