The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and• the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � . '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk oa 'both sides of Herschel 3t. from Shielda Ave. to St.
An�hony Av�e, and by doiag all other �ork which is neceseary and in�fideatal to comp�te
said improvement, eYCept where good and snfficieat poured sidevalks no� exist.

Resolved Further, 7.`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �th day of
M�y., 1966 � � , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner grovided by th� G`harter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
