The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance '
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, herebp resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
tc� reconstrcxct the sideWalk on both sides of Maple St. from Third �t. to Coaway St.
and by doing all other Work which is necessary and incideatal to compl,ete said im-
provemeat� e�ccept where good and suf�icient pc�ured s3deWalks aow ex3st.
� with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 3.25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
�$ 3.80 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said 'unprovement on the 17th day of
��9� , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give natice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by thz Charter, atating the tirrie and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estima,ted.
