To the Co�nissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 227292 approved Feb. 15th. 19 66
relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk oa the west side of. Bellows St. from Congress
St. to the south 125 ft. abutting 186 W. Congress St. and by doiag a11 other work which
_is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

1, The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft, for standard sidewalk 5 ft,
wide and $3:80 pex lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6.ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof.
