RESOLVED, That the proper City officers hereby are authorized
to execute the attached agreement for Engineering Services between
the City of Saint Paul and Consoer, Townsend � Associates, Consult-
ing Engineers of Chicago, Illinois, said agreement providing for
the performance of a Solid Waste Collection and DisPosal Study, at
a cost of $20,000.00 payable as follows: Up to one-half in bi-
, monthly installments based on progress, and one-half payable upon
• completion and acceptance of the final report, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That costs of said study be charged
to Comptroller's Budget Fund 0274-200, Solid Waste Disposal Study.
