RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Publia Works be and ie hereby ordered and direoted: -
1. To inveatigate the necesaity for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated coat of said improvement, and the total ooet thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not esid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Comnnieaioner of~Finance.
