RFSOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Worke be and is hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceeaity for, or desirability of, the making of esid improvement.
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent a,nd eatimated coat of eaid improvement, and the total coet thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not esid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commiseioner of�nanae.
