Re: State Projects S.P. 2732-65 and S.P. 6201-33 (T.H.5=111) . Construction
Plans and Special Provisions for Guard Rail , including a portion within
the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul , from the junction to T.H. 55
and T.H. 5 to the junction of Munster Avenue and West Seventh Street.
Minnesota Project I 35E-4(78) 102, dated March 10, 1966 - �
WNEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and
specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highwey Number 111 renumbered as
Trunk Highwey Number 5 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul from the
Mississippi River to Munster Street; and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways,
� Saint Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 2732 and
� S.P. 6201-33(T.H.5=111) ; and _
WHEREAS, Said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of
Hig�iways, Safnt Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 2732-65
and S.P. 6201-33(T.H.5=111) , Minnesota Project I 35E-4(78) 102, which, together with the
Minnesota Department of Highweys Specifications for HigMway Construction, dated Jan-
uary 1 , 1964, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, consti'tufie the
specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highu�ray Number 111 renumbered as Trunk
Highway Number 5; and -�
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and
identiffed are also on file in the office of the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, The term "said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution, shall be deemed and intended to mea��, refer to, and incorporate
the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and speciat provisions for the im-
provement of Trunk Highway Number 111 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 5 within
the limits of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the etevations and grades as shown in said plans
and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given
to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway
� Number 111 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 5 in accordance with said plans and
