RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract to R. L. GOULD & CO�IPANY for furnishing and
delivering to the Bureau of Parks, 1100 North Hamline Avenue one Jacobsen Model F
Tractor and seven gang hydraulically controlled mowing unit with two extra mowers
complet� in accordance with City specifications therefor and hereto attached and the
° Formal Bid �1678 of said R. L. Gould & Company for the contract price of $5,756.80, such
bid being the lowest meeting bid specifications and said R. L. Gould & Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is suthorized
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby
directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
