The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: .
1. That the said report and the sa,me is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � - � ' -
' � 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the s3dewalk and replace �rith integral curb and sidesralk oa both
� sidea of Western Ave. from �urora Ave, to University Ave, and by doiag all.other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete sa,id improvement, except where
good and sufficient poured side�alka noW exist. � � ' . �
