ation has received a donation from the Friends of Saint Paul and Ramsey
WFIEREAS, Pazks and Recreation wishes to accept this generous donation, and establish a financing and spending plan; and
WHEREAS, this donation has been given for the Pazks and Recreation Environmental and Natural Resource program for the
restoration of the Mississippi River Bluffs; and
VJHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that
there are available for appropriation, funds of $900 in excess of those estimated in the 2005 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following additions be made to the 2005 budget:

natural resource restorarion in the form of a prescribed bum on the Mississippi River Bluffs.
