The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �inance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: '
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. . ,
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidetiralk on both sides of Chatsworth 3t. from Iglehart Ave. to
Marshall Ave. and by doing all other Work which ia necessary and incidental to_�
" complete eaid improvement, e�ccept �here good and sufficient poured sidewalks now
esist. ' "

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l� day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of �
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to�al coat thereof as estimated. �
