Order No. 224038, approved June 22, 1965, and Final Order No. 225607,
approved October 19, 1965, and in the matter of constructing concrete
curb and gutter on both sides of BREWSTER STREET from Raleigh Street
east to and including the cul-de-sac, under Preliminary Order No. .
225387, approved Septembe"r 28, 1965, and Final Order No. 226359, approved
December 21 , 1965, and in the matter of constructing a public sewer in
BREWSTER STREET from Raleigh Street to Fifield Street, under Preliminary
Order No. 224036, approved June 22, 1965, and Final Order No. 2256og,
approved October 19, 1965. •
� RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above improvement
as submitted ,by the Commissioner of Public Works be and the same are hereby
approved and be it .
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby•,.
directed to obtain bids for the improvement. The bids to show sepaarately
the amount for the sewer`work, the amount for the grading and surfacing
work, and the amount for the construction of curb and gutter work, as
per plans and specifications and the total thereof �o be considered -
as bids for the entire improvement}and be it �
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasin'g Agent be and he is hereby
