WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has under contract certain street
improvements in the victnity of the intersection of Warner Road and
Sibley Street, and
WHEREAS, The proper and complete accomplishment of the aforesaid
work will require the moving of certain communication lines of the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul � Pacific Railroad Company; now, there-
fore` be it
RESOLVED, The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized
to request said Railway Company to move said communication lines at
City of Saint Paul expense and that the estimated cost thereof of
$50.00 be charged to Project No. L-6769, Grading and Paving of Warner .
