The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of�F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: . •
- 1. . That the said r�port and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � �
=2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Grand Ave. from Dale St. to Grotto St. ,
° } -portions of `tahich will be integr"al curb and sidewalk and by doing all other work � �
which is necessary and incidental' to complete said _improvement, except where good .
and sufficient poured sidewalks .now exist. ^

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk -

� • Resolved Further, That�a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17 th _ day of
