F. 235025 , 40-acre study, Port Authority's Riverview Industrial Park At the regular monthly meeting of the City Planning Board of Saint Paul on Friday, October 27, 1967, the Board held' the required public hearing for the rezoning of property described below as provided for in Section' 64.06 of the Zoning Code. The subject property, as shown on the attached map, is described as follows: All that area lying within the following described boundaries: Com- mencing at the point of intersection of the center line of South Robert Street and Fillmore Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of South Robert Street to the easterly right-of-way of the Chicago and Great Western Railroad; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way of the Chicago and Great Western Ra.ilroad to the center line of Trunk High- way 56; �hence northerly along the center line of Trunk Highway 56 to a point of intersection with the westerly extension of the west line of the U.
