PAUL F,OENCIL NO. _ OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OUNCIL R SOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATF WHEREAS, Raymond Hen�schel, Robert Heinen, and William Greifzu, employees of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire Protection, were in�ured in an accident on December 25, 1962, while engaged in the performance of _their duties for said Bureau; WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $22�-7.10, and said employees were disabled for a period of time, being paid salary in the amount of $186g,12, and �'�rlflnen�s Ea�mpensation in the amount of $1.606.50; and the Fire Department Rescue Squad No. 2 was damaged to the extent of $1�+78.09 for which Comptroller�s registered bill No. 3-�-031 was is�ued; WHEREAS, a settlement has been negotiated between the Qity and the other party 3.nvolved in the aceident in the to�al amount of $3750.00; , • RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby autho�- ized to accept in fu11, final and complete settlement of its claim herein the sum of $3750.00 and to execute any necessary releases therefor;. that of said sum $1869.12 is -thereby credited to the Fire Fighters Salary Fund .0169-R; $�F02.79 to the Worlanents � Compensation Fund; and $1�78.09 �in payment of Registered Bill No. 3-�-031.
