RESOLVED, That on the recommendation of the Health and
Welfare and Insurance Committee, the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby authorizes a decrease in monthly rates per �1,000
of life insurance by The Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company
� under its Group Life Policy with the City of Saint Paul, Policy
No. 365379—G, as set forth in the letter, dated October 11, 1g67,
of said Company to Mr. Thomas Anderson of the Civil Service Bureau,
, a copy of which letter has been marked "Eghibit A�� and is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference ; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That in accordance with the proposal
contained in said Eghibit A, the amount of life insurance
available under said policy be increased from a magimum of �10,000
to a maximum of �15,000, and such policy modification is hereby
authorized and approved; be it ,
FUR.THER RESOLVED, That consistent with the proposal of
said company in Exhibit A, that the appropriate amen.dment to the �
master policy be p�epared by said company and submitted to the
City fo� its approval; and be it .
FINALLY RESOLVED, That a copy of 'this Resdution be transmitted
forthwith by the City Clerk to The Min.n.esota. Mutual Life Insurance
