Whereas, Comptroller's Contract L-6695-16,�Palda & Sons, Inc.,
Contractor for the paving of SHEPARD ROAD from Otto Avenue to I.S. 35E
and SHEFARD ROAD-RANDOI�H STREEr INTERSECTION has been substantially
completed, and
Whereas, Said Contractor requests that a portion of the 15%
retained under the contract from estimates for work done�C. be paid in
advance of the final completion of the contract, and
i�lhereas, The Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department
of Public t+lorks approve the payment at this time of $27,327.35 of the
$34,327.35 retained; therefore be it '
Resolved, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby
authorized to pay an estimate in the amount of $27,327.35 from the
retained percentage of $34,327.35 to said contractor,; and be it

Further Resolved, That this resolution shall have no force or
effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's Bond consent thereto
