In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for constructing public
sewer in MILTON STREET from Seminary Avenue to Minnehaha Avenue; and in MINNEHAHA
AVENUE from Milton Street to Chatsworth Street, all of which is to be known as
the MINNEHAHA-MILTON SEWER SYSTEM.

The assessment af benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
� and found"the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it ' ` - �
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the lOth
day of January, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of �nance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a.nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asseased against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice ia directed. �
