In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for constructing public
sewers in HAMLINE AVENUE from the terminus of the existing sewer in Hamline Avenue
about 145 feet north of Portland Avenue to Portland Avenue; in PORTLAND AVENUE
from Hamline Avenue to vacated Warwick Avenue; in PASCAL STREET from Portland
Avenue to La.urel Avenue; and in ALBERT STREET from Su�it Avenue to Ashland Avenue;
- all of which is to be known as the PORTLAND-ALBERT btELIEF SEWER SYSTEM.

The assessment af benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement i�aving been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered same

�RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE•D FURTHER, Tha.t a public heaxing be had an sa,id assessment on the lOth
day of January, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed againat the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
