� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th� Commissioner of F`inan�e
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same,is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
� is hereby ordered to be proceeded� with. ..
• 2. -That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
, to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of- Riverwood Place from Exeter Place to -
�� Cretin Ave. and'by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to a

complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now �

_ Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on�said improvement on the 9th day of

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
