hold a public hearing to consider the advisability and necessity of
tlie correction or wrecking and removal of the two�`family residence
and garage at 906 Igle'hart 5treet, more particularly described as
Lot 5, Block 2, Fairbanks Addition to the City of Sai.nt Paul, because - �
said building is reported to constitute a hazardous structure, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record,owner is Paul H. Ray,'
therefore, be it
RE50LVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the Council
of the City of Saint Paul, in tlze Council Chamber of the Court House,
i.n said city at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 1967, to cons.ider the
advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecki.ng and
removal of the structure on the above described property because said
structure is reported to constitute a hazardous building and a hazard to public

EURTHER RE50LVED, that the City Architect, on behalf of the City
