Gentlemen:
Pursuant to Ordinance 234582 , the St. Paul Human
Rights Commission has submitted to me the names of
three nominees for the position of Director of
the Department of Human Rights . From those three
nominees I have chosen to appoint Mr. Louis H. Ervin,
1527 Cumberland Street, and to fix his salary at
$499 . 64 biweekly.
