Undek supervision, Lo perfarm clerical work related L-o functions
of police work; to be trained for patrolman worlc; and to '
perform related work a� assigned. �
Examples of work performed: �
To cadc the police reports in accordance with the rules of the
Crime Reporting Handboak of the F. B. Iv and to see that
the proper divisions receive copies of th.e report. '
To cornpile the d.aily report for the Chief of Police showiug all
' crimes commit�i:ed, axrests made, tags issued, ancl the
number of accidents.
'I'o see that a repor�,has bcen made on ever�r polico: call requiring
a reporf;.
To assis1: in +:he recEip�t intrentory, catalo�ing, and safe�uarding
of all property recoverecl by Police or found and turned in by
tl�ie public.
To assist in the receipt and storing of articles marked as evidence
�o be used �in cour�.
To assist in keeping records relatiiag to bicycl.e registra�ion.
To attend �Ii classes and other funetions of the Patrolinan Training .
