WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety �has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from November 18, 1967
to December 1, 1967: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay
the employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions
• of Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.
