WHEREAS, Chapter 705, Laws of Minnesota for 1965, provides
for the transfer of all real estate held in the name of the �
City of Saint Paul for the use of former Special School District
No. 2 to Independent School District No. 625; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for said School District to perfect
its record title by conveyance by said City of Saint Paul to
said Independent School District No. 625; now, therefore, be it
that
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, �the
the proper City officers are herewith authorized and directed
to execute quit claim deeds to Independent School District No.
625 as grantee, of the fol.lowing described premises:
