RESOLVED, That George Ubel be paid the sum of $1,229.06
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General ,Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of July 29 , 1967 ,
while in the employ of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau
of Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a 100� permanent partial
disability� to his right little finger and 15� permanent partial
disability to his right ring finger; that of said sum, $1,229.06
is now due and payable. �
