IMPROVEMENT N0. 4 PROJECT N0. 7B NORTHEAST �INTERCEPTOR, for
the Vlllage of Mendota Heights, authorized by and subject
to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint
Paul Ordinance No. 12222, approved June 27, 1962, for the
connection of the public sewer system of the Village of
Mendota Heights with that of the City of Saint Paul , prepared
by the Consalting Engineer of said Village, and heretofore
submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works
O�L and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all tfiings approved.
