In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for improving Pelham Boulevard
from Interstate Highway� 94 to University Avenue by grading, paving, curbing and widen-
ing the roadbed; by constructing new sidewalk where necessary; by reconstructing the
intersecting alley, street and driveway returns; by reconstructing existing paving,
curbing� sidewalks and traffic control systems where necessary; by constructing storm ,
water drainage facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections
where necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to '
complete said improvement. � '

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same

and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
, * RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 27th
day of December, 1967 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
- owner to whom the notice is directed.
