, 1963, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel of a release approved
� by him, Werner R. Saax and Amy J. Saar be paid $116.00 out of the Tort
� Liability Fund 0035-421, in full settle�nent of_ claim for damages and
injuries sustained to their minor daughter, Diana Saax, as a result of
an accident on September �27,� 1967,� with Richaxd Haugen, policeman, while
in the performance of his official duties.
