PETITION FOR. VACATION OF A STREET
TO THE HONORABLE riAYOR AND � ,
MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
Your petitioners herein respectfully request that the
Council of the City of Saint Paul grant the vacation of that
portion of j+Taseca Street between the north line of Page Street
and the south line of Morton Street.
The petitioners hereto represent the majority of the �
landos,mers abutting the street requested to be vacated.
The reason for this petition for vacation of a portion
of Waseca Street is to permit the City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings to construct
, a swimuiing pool at this location. �
Attached hereto and made a part of this petition is
Certificate .of Ownership of all property abutting the portion
of Waseca to be vacated.
