WHEREAS, There being two parcels to be acquired in these proceedings, and
settlement ha.ving been made for one pa.rcel; and
WI�REAS, Mr. John J. Kenna, the Board�s appi�aiser for-the remaining parcel,
having appraised the value fpr same at $9,200.00, and the Commissioners�
award for tYiis parcel being $9,850.00, and Mr. Lefor, o�mer of this parcel,
having appealed from this award, , .

NOW� T�IEREFORE� BE IT RE50LVID� That the Board deposit with the Clerk of
District Court, Ramsey County, Minnesota, the amount of $9�850.00.
BE IT FtTRTHER RESOLVED� That the Commiasioners' fees for the performance of
