found that the plans meet the design standards for this type facility
and that the Traffic Engineer has reco�ended approval as to traffic.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the permit for .
a 90 car parking facility at the above described location.

C. DESIGN STANDARDS: The plan meets the design standards for this type facility. It
provides two access driveways from Burr St. and two from Bradley Street, each 22' in
width. An 8` buffer area with screen planting is located along the south property
line adjacent to the existing residences.
� D. FRONTAGE & AREA: A frontage of 100' along Burr St. and Bradley St. with a depth of
' 268' and an area of 26,800 sq. ft.
E, TRAFFIC ENGINEER: Has reviewed the plan and recoirnnends approval as to traffic.
F. SITE CONDITIONS: Site is vacant and leveland at street grade.
� G. A.REA CONDITIONS: The area is developed with mixed residential uses. The structures
are old and in varying states of repair. Very few of the residential structures
provide off-street parking.

Block 2, Subdivision of and Addition to Irvinets Outlots to Saint
Paul. The property is located on the east side of Burr Street and
West side of Bradley Street approximately 100 feet south of Minnehaha
