WHEREAS, the Department o£Public Works is ready to award a contract for the Concord /Wabasha BikelPediTransit
Improvement projeet which also has storm sewer related work, and
WHEREAS, this work was originally adopted by City Council Resolution 04-ll74, known as Log #SU-6600819, and
WfiEREAS, additional £unding is needed because the bids for the storm sewer related work came in ]righer than
anticipated, and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient funding in the 2005 Major Sewer Repair program to cwer these costs, so
TAEAEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice
of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $474,553.55 is available for appmpriation in the 2005
Capital Impmvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by tlus Council, be hereby further amended in the
following particulars:
