1 WHEREAS, the City Councii adopted Council File #OS-229 dated Mazch 16, 2005, said resolution
2 being the Ratificarion of Assessments for Smiunary Abatements (property clean-up) during the
3 months of July and August, 2004, identified as Department of Public Works File No. J0406A and
4 Assessment No. 8016, and;

WHEREAS, The properiy at 1558 Sherburne Avenue with the Properry Identification Number of
34-29-23-23-0173, was inadvertently assessed in the amount of $323.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment for the said property be cancelled.
