Resolution Recognizing the 35 Anniversary of Earth Day, Apri122, 2005
2 WHEREAS, Apri122, 2005 is the 35�` Anniversary of Earth Day, and
3 WHEREAS, Earth Day was established as a day to recognize the nnpact each one of us has on the environment, and
4 the responsibiliTy we each have to be good stewazds of our natural resources; and
5 WHEREAS, every day we have the opportunity to make a decision that can either make a positive or negative
6 impact on our environment, surroundings and neighbors; now, therefore be it
7 RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul recognizes the 35`� celebration of Earth Day, and urges residents to make
8 wise decisions, conserve, and seazch out resources and products that preserve our environment for generations to
9 come.
