Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions: ,

to obtain a better connaction at Hamline Avenue �
Remove asphalt surface 412 sq. yd. @ $ 1.15 $ 473.80
Remove trees 1 @ $ 35.00 35.00

and
Whereas, The �total addi�ion is $508.80 and the Commiasioner of �ublic Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $508.80 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract, therefore be it

Resolved, That the City of St. Faul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the aum of
$508.80, said amount to be added to the lnmp sum consideration named in the
� , contract, known as Comptroller�s Contract L-6875, and which amount is to be
financed from Municipal State Aid Funds.
